Roland is the consummate inventor turned entrepreneur. He is a prolific creator of new product ideas. Earlier in his career he was in field engineering in the telecommunications industry; this served him well for understanding how to solve complex equipment deployment and connectivity issues – on the spot, on his own. Problem solving is a strong personal capability; hands-on is his approach to ‘making-it-work’. Under considerable financial and related resource constraints, Roland has single-handedly conceived, designed, built, refined, and upgraded present features of the pen product. He has personally made dozens of lottery industry contacts internationally that have built market credibility for this unique product. Now with the groundwork accomplished and with a support team assembled, he can launch the Company’s program to bring the pen to a waiting market.
