From 2008 to 2012 Matthew was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Isaac Medical. Isaac Medical was uniquely positioned as the only radiological specific staffing agency throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Matthew set up strategic relationship with radiologic schools and Kaiser training facilities to create opportunity for top graduates to immediately work in clinics and hospitals. He also focused on negotiating, acquiring and maintaining hospital and clinic accounts. Matthew’s leadership, management, and vision ensured that the company had the proper operational administrative controls, reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
